CreativeFlow.ai is a Figma plugin that transforms static designs into animated marketing videos with just one click. Built for marketers and designers who want to create professional animations without learning complex keyframing.
The Journey
What started as a 3-day hackathon project with my co-founder turned into a thriving SaaS business. We identified a gap in the Figma ecosystem - designers wanted to export their prototypes as videos, but there was no easy way to do it.
Within 12 months, we grew from zero to:

- 100,000+ users
- Used by designers at Meta, Google, Spotify, and Amazon

Technical Achievement
Building CreativeFlow was technically challenging - we had to reverse-engineer Figma's animation system and build a rendering engine that could handle complex prototypes. The plugin processes animations client-side for speed and privacy.

Exit
After a year of rapid growth, I sold my stake to my co-founder in January 2024 to pursue new ventures. CreativeFlow continues to grow and serve thousands of designers worldwide.
